Mike Davis is the managing partner of Eldredge and Davis, P.A. David Eldredge
David successfully completed the New York Bar Exam given July, 1971.
Associated with the law firm of Earl, DeLange & May, Lockport, New York, September, 1971 to July 1972. Associated with the law firm of Gross, Shuman, Laub and David, Buffalo, New York, July 1972 to February 4, 1974. Started his own law practice February 4, 1974 at Ellicottville, New York. He expanded the practice over the years to a four person firm called Eldredge, Brady, Peters and Brooks.
David successfully completed the Florida Bar Exam and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1981. In June, 1986 he moved to Flagler County, Florida, and has maintained an independent practice concentrating in Wills, Trusts, Estate Planning and Probate.
Admitted to the United States Supreme Court Bar on June 9, 2008.
Teresa Radcliff Martens - Office Manager
If Mike Davis is the heart of Eldredge and Davis, then Teresa is the life-blood of the firm. Since starting her career with Eldredge and Davis over a decade ago, she has handled hundreds of probate cases and now serves as the office manager and legal administrator. Originally from Atlanta, Teresa and her husband—Tom--moved to Palm Coast in 2004. Since she traded in her Braves foam-finger for JAGs teal, Teresa has not only assisted attorneys in estate planning, real estate law, business law and personal Injury, she has become an invaluable part of the Eldredge and Davis family.
Cynthia Fontenot - Paralegal
Cynthia is originally from Virginia Beach but has been lucky enough to call Palm Coast, and Eldredge and Davis, her home for the past few years. Cynthia was formerly a nurse, but felt that her skills could make a larger impact on the legal side of the arena. Cynthia returned to school to obtain her Associate in Applied Science (AAS) degree in Paralegal Studies and is now a certified paralegal.
Cynthia is married and a mother to four boys, including twins! Bless her! Three of her sons are in the military and she has recently become a grandmother to one happy baby boy. Cynthia and her family also love to travel; she is admittedly more of a mountain than a beach person, but we try not to hold it against her. As a wife, mother, grandmother, and former nurse, Cynthia is not only passionate about helping Eldredge and Davis’ clients protect their family legacy, she knows exactly what its like to put family first.
Gabriella Foran - Receptionist
Gabriella is the newest addition to the Eldredge and Davis family. Born and raised in Palm Coast, Florida, she is the first welcoming face you will see when you visit our offices.
Gabriella attended the University of Central Florida for Business Administration before returning to her home town to pursue a job in the legal field. On days that she’s not bringing her fresh energy to the firm, Gabriella can be found playing recreational soccer or spending time on one of Palm Coast’s many beautiful beaches.
