Mike grew up in Upstate New York in the small town of Seneca Falls. After a blizzard in April 2005, Mike packed his stuff and moved to Orlando. After a short stint in Virginia for law school, Mike came back to the Sunshine State and has settled in Palm Coast.
Mike spent his law school summers in Florida working for small firms in and around Orlando. After passing the bar, Mike took a job with The Roy Law Firm, which then merged with another firm to become McIntyre Roy. During his time there he was exposed to a wide variety of legal issues and gained valuable experience that has allowed him the opportunity to open Lawyer Mike D and assist his community. In April 2014, Mike opened Lawyer Mike D, a solo law firm focused on business and contact law, estate planning, and real estate law. He joined Eldredge and Davis in 2016, and became a Partner in 2017

David successfully completed the New York Bar Exam given July, 1971.
Associated with the law firm of Earl, DeLange & May, Lockport, New York, September, 1971 to July 1972. Associated with the law firm of Gross, Shuman, Laub and David, Buffalo, New York, July 1972 to February 4, 1974. Started his own law practice February 4, 1974 at Ellicottville, New York. He expanded the practice over the years to a four person firm called Eldredge, Brady, Peters and Brooks.
David successfully completed the Florida Bar Exam and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1981. In June, 1986 he moved to Flagler County, Florida, and has maintained an independent practice concentrating in Wills, Trusts, Estate Planning and Probate.
Admitted to the United States Supreme Court Bar on June 9, 2008.
